Since 2016, CITIZEN L offers eco-friendly watches with elegant designs that uphold the brand's commitment to people and the environment. Eco-Drive is a power system that runs on electrical energy generated by a built-in solar cell with light and stored in a rechargeable cell. Eco-Drive watches are powered by any natural or unnatural light source. These watches do not require regular battery changes and guarantee a long-lasting power supply even in dark places.
Wherever possible, sustainable materials are used in the CITIZEN L models. The EM1090-78X model has a line of three sparkling diamonds that connect the case to the outer ring and symbolize the first ray of light of the rising sun. The stylish design of the watch reflects its discrete elegance. The indices and minute markers are arranged in a radial pattern around the dial, similar to a beam of light, to ensure better visibility. A blue crown that adds a stylish accent - an iconic feature that is unique to CITIZEN L watches.
Interchangeable strap
The watch comes with an interchangeable strap made of red apple leather. You can remove the metal strap by pressing the two pins of the quick-release fastener inwards.
