SKY series: Citizen Eco-Drive Radio Controlled - 35th Anniversary Limited Edition
This Limited Edition JY8146-54E gives you complete control: A functional pilot's watch, radio-controlled and always up-to-date with the world's time zones.
The design: Clear lines and edges characterize the case with integrated strap. The color mood is “Midnight Sun” and refers to the time of year in the polar regions when the sun never sets. The case is available in the colors grey and sakura (cherry blossom). The 35th Anniversary Limited Edition logo is engraved on the case back.
On the technical side, Citizen is using its own caliber U680, which has a large following of fans worldwide.
Other features are: a world time watch, perpetual calendar*, Eco-Drive*, power reserve indicator and a slide rule on the bezel - characteristic of many pilot's watches.
This Sky model gets its high rate accuracy from the radio signal of the most accurate watch in the world: the atomic watch. If there is no signal, it is still +/- 15 seconds - per month.
The Sky 35th Anniversary Limited Edition is equipped with a hard-wearing sapphire glass and is water-resistant up to 20 bar (200 meters). The diameter is 45.7 mm. The limited edition is 5,600 pieces worldwide.
